Anteism Publishing

Anteism is a Canadian arts publisher showcasing visual artists through publications such as artist books, zines, exhibitions, collaborative art projects and limited edition art prints. Anteism’s roots were developed while curating collaborative art projects and exhibitions. Since 2003 the focus has slowly grown towards arts publishing. Art publications and limited edition prints are now the main focus of the organization. Anteism publishes books in the format of artist monograph, handmade artist books / zines, graphic novel, comics & illustrated fiction.

Paul Labonté and/or Paul 107

Paul Labonté also known as Paul 107 is from Pte. St Charles (Canada's first industrial slum) - located south of Montréal's downtown core. Paul has spent the last 12 years shooting editorial, photographs for record labels, and ads for clothing companies. In 2003 he released his first book, All-City: The Book About Taking Space. The book sold well and Paul received awards for design, writing, and photography. In 2005 he collaborated with Marco Cibola and they released his second book Bully: It’s the Pits. Paul is presently working on his third and fourth books. His third straddles the fine between fact and fiction it is a collection of photographs, short stories and scenes from the movie about his life.


Society Suckers

Daniel Pelissier launched Society Suckers in mid 2008 as a black and white xeroxed photo zine. It documents bands, people, objects and events with a large focus on the punk and hardcore scene. Daniel has been actively involved within this scene since his early teens, and continues to photograph shows both locally and across North America. The zine originally served as a log of Daniel's everyday life, but has featured contributions from friends and personal favorites of his since the third issue. Daniel currently lives and works in Montreal.

The Secondhand Projects

The SecondHand Projects (est. 2002) is a small run book publishing company based in Montréal, Quebec. It's run by Paul Labonté and Conor Virtue. The companies focus is small run books, and other miscellaneous print projects.
